Race Track Operations

Aqua Events is a creative nautical problem-solver with years of experience and expertise. Aqua Events will be responsible for the Racetrack operations for the future races of The Air Race at locations around the globe on water or land. With the experience of 92 races since 2005 they bring unrivalled knowledge and expertise to the air race.

Pylons and Air Gates

In 2002 Peter Beseneyi had the idea which grew to become  fastest motorsport in the world. Bellutti was on board with the Air Race from the very beginning developing safe and raceable pylons.  Nearly 20 years later and Bellutti are going racing again. The Bellutti Group focuses on innovative projects and products in the fields of Out of Home advertising, branding and safety in sports and state-of-the-art technical textile manufacturing. The sport of Air Racing is a unique icon in Motorsports combining all fields of play in which Bellutti is involved.

Regulatory Approvals

The Air Race are proud to be working with Unified International for the provision of specialist services with regards to race and filming regulatory approvals, helicopter and drone service organisation and oversight, and onsite aviation safety services. Unified International previously supported the Red Bull Air Race in these areas and we are excited that they are part of this exciting new chapter in air racing.

Air Operations

2Excel is an innovative services company that will use its extensive expertise and resources to provide operational support, regulatory oversight and maintenance services to the The Air Race GT Series. 2Excel brings a unique wealth of experience as the world’s only aerobatic airline. 2Excel now operates 28 aircraft and with its in-house team of more than 200 highly skilled personnel the Company has the ability to operate Special Missions having created the capability by modifying, testing and certifying aircraft under its own regulatory approvals.

 

2Excel’s experience as an AOC operator and aerobatic airline will also allow it to provide a framework to offer demonstration flying experiences to media and VIP passengers at race venues.

Broadcast Production

Specialising in the development and production of live, premium global sports events such as Formula-E and Extreme-E, Aurora Media is recognised as a creator of innovative, formatted international live broadcasts, which are widely distributed around the world.  Aurora will develop the Broadcast and Digital format and footprint of The Air Race. Consumption habits continue to rapidly change, but the excitement of the live moment is still at the heart of sport, and this pioneering series suits Aurora’s skill set. We look forward to working with Aurora to showcase the technology and competition though a brand new suite of content.

Digital Event Production

Black Pixel is a young and innovative company specialised in the fields of exterior and interior visualisations of architectural objects and real estate, event venue visualisations, product visualisations and 3D modeling. 

Black Pixel is supporting The Air Race in the process of conceptualising, planning and building event venues and temporary airports by turning the technical drawings in to hyper realistic and interactive visual experiences which allow a detailed preparation for all departments and vendors months before the event site is actually to be assembled.
